APC Nsit Ibom Chapter Chairman Welcomes New Members and Appointees
Dear Friends and Compatriots,
Warm greetings from the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nsit Ibom Chapter.
As we work tirelessly to advance the vision set by our distinguished Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, PhD, and to strengthen the progressive movement throughout Akwa Ibom State, the Nsit Ibom Chapter of the APC is delighted to announce the commencement of our Ward-to-Ward Membership Registration and Integration Exercise.
This important initiative begins officially on Monday, 21st July 2025, with Asang Ward 5 hosting the inaugural registration and reception of new members—particularly those defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The event will take place at the residence of the Ward Chairman in Obontong from 8:00 am.
Key Registration Guidelines:
- All defectors are required to present:
- Two passport-sized photographs
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Voter’s Card
- Previous registrations not conducted in accordance with constitutional APC procedures are no longer valid. All affected individuals are urged to present themselves for re-registration.
- Government appointees wishing to join the APC are to submit:
- An application letter stating their intent to join the party
- A resignation letter from their previous party
We strongly encourage all Ward Executives, Committee Members, and members of Asang Ward 5 to attend and lend their full support to this milestone event.
Subsequent registration will take place at Mbiaso Ward 3, with the date to be announced following the meeting at Asang Ward 5.
