“We must work to build the party in unity and togetherness. We have come with open minds and open hearts so that we can unite our state,” he said. “Politics is a game of give and take, we must see it as such.”

Delivering a goodwill message on behalf of the Senate President, Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio described Governor Eno as “a man of peace on a mission to unite Akwa Ibom,” and encouraged him to remain resolute in his developmental vision for the state.

APC State Chairman, Obong Stephen Ntukekpo, pledged the full support of the party to Governor Eno as its leader in the state and assured that the party structure would be mobilized to ensure his success.
